It's been awhile since I've posted anything significant. Life has been a little hectic the last few months. I decided it was time to move. I said goodbye to idillic little Perrysburg, loaded up my car and a few trucks and moved lock stock and barrel to the Old West End near downtown Toledo. If you're not familiar with the Old West End, it's the largest neighborhood of late Victorian, Edwardian, and Arts and Crafts homes East of the Mississippi. The Toledo Museum of Art is a few blocks away as well as the Glass Pavilion. I'm ten minutes from work, eight on a good day, and about five minutes from downtown and my studio. So yeah life is good! Once I get "settled" and get some sort of routine going, I'll be posting more often. So anyway, I was in the studio the other day doing some "organizing", It's amazing how much stuff you can accumulate in a few years; as I often do, my mind started wandering and "playing" with the things I was organizing. These photographs are the result of my wanderings. Needless to say, I didn't get much organizing done... oh well- I guess that's what an art studio is for. These photographs would not exist if it weren't for my "playful wanderings." ENJOY!
