Finger Licking Good!!!
Another masterpiece by my girlfriend Amy-Marie. First, she marinated the chicken with olive oil, fresh oregano and mint, all collected from our garden!, then she baked it with fresh lavender, also from our garden, and a caramelizing glaze made of lavender and honey. After the chicken was done, she presented it, on our "new" platter we found at the Old West End Festival, on a bed of fresh spinach and Japonica rice, with a few sprigs of fresh oregano and lavender for presentation. This dish was amazing!! It tasted every bit as good as it looks!!
